WPS Sales Specialist
Role Summary
The WPS Sales Specialist will drive client acquisition for botim's Salary Card solution, focused on growing new corporate signups and employee card issuance across the UAE. This role owns the full sales cycle for WPS-registered businesses seeking a simple, zero-registration-fee payroll solution, and plays a key part in expanding botim's broader financial ecosystem through cross-sell into salary loans, acquiring, and SME lending.
Responsibilities
Acquire new corporate clients for the botim WPS Salary Card through proactive outreach and prospecting.
Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing — through to corporate onboarding and go-live.
Meet and exceed monthly targets for new corporate sign-ups and employee card issuance.
Build and manage a high-volume sales pipeline to sustain consistent deal flow.
Drive contract closure and coordinate corporate onboarding across KYB, Compliance, and Legal.
Support employer portal training during onboarding to enable smooth client adoption.
Partner with corporate HR departments to drive employee enrollment and card activation.
Provide corporates with onboarding materials and follow up systematically to hit activation targets.
Cross-sell additional botim financial products (salary loans, acquiring, SME loans) to grow revenue per account.
Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, coordinating with Operations and Tech on issue resolution and managing client expectations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of high-volume B2B sales experience, with a proven record of exceeding client acquisition targets.
Experience selling to HR and Finance departments.
Solid understanding of the UAE WPS ecosystem and employer payroll processes.
Strong closing skills and a hunter mentality, comfortable driving fast-paced, high-volume sales cycles.
