Job Responsibilities:

· Plan and execute end-to-end performance testing for enterprise-level backend platforms.

· Define performance test objectives and key metrics aligned with business and engineering goals.

· Develop, debug, and optimize JMeter scripts for complex test scenarios.

· Execute distributed and high-concurrency load tests to simulate realistic traffic patterns.

· Identify system bottlenecks through detailed performance analysis and root cause investigation.

· Collaborate with backend developers, DevOps, and QA teams to improve system scalability and resilience.

· Continuously refine performance testing strategy, tools, and automation pipelines.

· Experience in performance testing over common protocols such as HTTP, WebSocket, gRPC, and Dubbo is a strong plus.

Job Requirements:

o Hands-on experience with JMeter, including scripting, test planning, and distributed execution.

o Strong knowledge of performance testing methodology and bottleneck analysis.

o Familiar with backend architecture and system metrics (CPU, memory, GC, I/O, network).

o Practical experience with protocols such as HTTP, WebSocket, gRPC, or Dubbo is a strong advantage.

o Proficient in analyzing server logs, APM tools, and monitoring dashboards.

o Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of performance tests into release process.

o Excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and data-driven mindset.
