Position: QA Engineer – R&D Squad (Platform & Mini Program)
Location: Tbilisi, Georgia
Job Responsibilities
Perform end-to-end QA validation across the entire platform, ensuring system stability and consistency for Botim, PayBy, and mini program ecosystems.
Focus on validating changes introduced by mini programs, including their impact on core platform capabilities such as user identity, messaging, payments, and integrations.
Rapidly analyze and test leadership-driven requirements, often with tight timelines and evolving scope.
Conduct cross-module and cross-system impact analysis, ensuring changes do not introduce regressions across the platform.
Execute regression, smoke, and exploratory testing to maintain overall platform quality under continuous changes.
Validate integration flows between mini programs and backend services, including APIs, data flows, and event-driven processes.
Ensure system-level data consistency, including user state, transactions, configurations, and logs.
Perform risk-based testing to prioritize high-impact areas under time constraints.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership stakeholders to clarify ambiguous or fast-evolving requirements.
Identify gaps in requirements early and proactively suggest improvements or risk mitigations.
Track, analyze, and report defects with clear impact assessment, especially on platform-wide functionality.
Contribute to improving regression strategies, test coverage, and QA processes for rapid delivery scenarios.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven QA experience in large-scale platforms, mobile ecosystems, or fintech systems.
Strong understanding of system integration, cross-module dependencies, and platform architecture.
Hands-on experience in backend API testing and end-to-end workflow validation.
Experience validating mini programs or plugin-based platforms is a strong plus.
Strong ability to handle fast-paced, ambiguous, and leadership-driven requirements.
Excellent analytical thinking and risk identification skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum or fast-iteration environments.
Strong communication skills in English, able to interact with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Automation testing experience (API or integration level) is a plus.
