Job Responsibilities:

· Perform comprehensive functional and non-functional testing of VoIP applications.

· Validate backend APIs to ensure correct data handling and process integration.

· Use specialized tools to measure and evaluate the quality of voice and video transmissions.

· Conduct performance and stability testing to assess application scalability under different network conditions.

· Develop and execute automation test scripts for both mobile UI and backend API testing.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on Agile processes.

· Provide detailed reports on defects, performance bottlenecks, and areas of improvement.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field.

Experience:

o Proven QA experience in the voice and video communication industry.

o Hands-on experience with products like Zoom, Webex, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.

o Strong knowledge of functional and non-functional testing methodologies.

o Familiarity with tools used for evaluating audio and video quality.

o Experience in automation testing for mobile UI and backend API.

o Proficiency in backend API validation techniques.

o Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.

o Strong English communication skills for seamless collaboration with teams.
