Operations Executive – Remittance
Role Summary
We are looking for an Operations Executive to support day-to-day operations of our UAE cross-border remittance business on the botim platform. The role focuses on ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of money transfers while maintaining high standards of customer experience, operational control, and regulatory adherence.
Responsibilities
Monitor and manage end-to-end remittance transactions across multiple corridors and payout channels
Handle transaction exceptions ensuring resolution within defined SLA. Coordinate with payout partners, banks, and internal teams to investigate issues and confirm transaction closure.
Support BOTIM app-related operational issues in collaboration with internal teams.
Manage customer complaints through a ticketing platform, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLA.
Perform daily recon, identify recurring issues and drive fixes, and contribute to stronger controls and automation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of experience in remittance, payments, or fintech operations (cross-border exposure preferred).
Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with dashboards or BI tools is a plus.
Experience with digital and app-based remittance operations.
Clear communication skills, high ownership, and ability to work in a shift-based environment.
