Partnerships Manager – Consumer Products
Role Summary
As the Partnerships Manager, you will be a key driver of our customer engagement and product growth strategy. Your primary mandate is to build and manage partnerships that deliver benefits, discounts, and rewards across our consumer financial products - including cards, remittances, and consumer credit. You will own the full partnership lifecycle from sourcing and negotiation to integration and ongoing performance management, ensuring each collaboration enhances product stickiness, increases repeat usage, and drives volume growth. Success in this role requires a startup‑ready, entrepreneurial mindset – thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership end‑to‑end, and operates with a sleeves‑rolled‑up, get‑it‑done attitude to deliver in a fast‑moving environment.
Responsibilities
Strategic Partner sourcing and negotiation - Source, negotiate, and close partnerships with the brands our customers use every day, e.g., tier-1 digital platforms (music, video, gaming), household names in retail, travel, and food delivery. Structure creative, partner-funded incentives that drive repeat usage, lift transaction volume, and make our cards the undisputed top-of-wallet choice.
Go-to-market execution - Plan and lead the launch of partner-funded promotions. You will brief the Marketing team, align on creative campaigns, and monitor ROI to ensure new perks drive awareness, adoption, and higher spend. Collaborate closely with the Partnerships Managers for Merchant Products to align on partner engagements, ensuring synergies across consumer and merchant solutions. Present a united value proposition to partners and maximize benefits across the entire financial services value chain.
Partner relationship and performance management - Own all partner relationships post-contract. You will conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) backed by clear data, manage performance via dashboards, and proactively address any SLA or compliance issues to ensure long-term, successful alliances.
Market intelligence and strategy - Maintain a rolling 9-month partnership roadmap by tracking competitor perks, identifying gaps in our value proposition, and continuously building a pipeline of new opportunities that align with our goal of increasing spend.
Cross-functional collaboration - Work closely with Business, Product, Growth, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Data teams to scope partner opportunities, align on commercial and technical requirements, ensure seamless integration, and drive successful go‑to‑market execution. Act as the connective tissue across teams to keep partnership initiatives moving with speed.

Strong commercial acumen with ability to evaluate partnership economics, model ROI, and structure commercially sound partner‑funded offers
