SME Lending Specialist
Role Summary
Convert qualified SME leads into disbursed loans by applying product expertise across working capital, short-term loans, asset finance, and revolving credit.
Responsibilities
- Act as the lending product SME supporting Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Business Development (BD) teams in sales closure.
- Align client requirements with productized loan services (tenor, repayment, collateral, interest etc).
- Work closely with compliance, underwriting, risk and legal to pre-qualify opportunities.
- Drive conversion rates from leads: approved through to disbursed loans.
- Provide feedback to product team on customer needs and market gaps.
Requirements
- 5+ years in SME/commercial lending sales.
- Deep knowledge of working capital, asset-based finance, and revolving credit.
- Strong relationship management and consultative selling skills.
