Digital Sales Specialist
Role Summary
The Digital Sales Executive SME Lending will manage end-to-end digital sales of unsecured SME loans. The role focuses on building a strong merchant pipeline, monitoring the full sales funnel from sourcing to disbursement, and using CRM and analytics to optimize conversions and achieve targets.
Responsibilities
Own the complete sales funnel from lead sourcing to loan disbursement.
Build and maintain a pipeline of SME merchants to meet agreed targets.
Guide merchants through the loan application process and stages.
Use CRM tools to track applications, follow-ups, and sales performance.
Analyze funnel data to identify bottlenecks and improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with credit, operations, and marketing teams for seamless execution.
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in digital sales, SME lending, or fintech.
Experience owning end-to-end sales processes.
Understanding of unsecured SME loan products and stages.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools.
Analytical mindset with ability to track and improve funnel metrics.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
