Role Summary

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the recruitment team in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent for Botim. This role offers hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate coordination, interview logistics, and employer branding. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building a career in talent acquisition and HR within a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment. 

This role will be for a duration for 3-6 months and is eligible for full time contract based on performance and business needs. This role requires the intern to be available to work at our DIFC office from Monday to Friday. 

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple functions and roles.
• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires.
• Assist in organizing recruitment campaigns, events, and employer branding initiatives.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate pipeline).
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Has experience managing recruitment for junior roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital tools.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or other recruitment platforms is a plus.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-first mindset.
