Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned lending professional to support the SVP, Lending with end-to-end ownership of sales, product, and operations execution. The role will be central to driving portfolio growth while maintaining a strong focus on profitability, compliance, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee origination, product, and operations across the SME and commercial lending portfolio.
• Provide strategic input on portfolio optimization, including pricing, risk tiering, and sectoral exposure.
• Partner with sales teams to achieve disbursement targets and drive portfolio growth.
• Collaborate with product on roadmap execution and with operations on risk management and collections.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and insights to optimize ROI, reduce NPLs, and enhance revenue per employee.
• Support the SVP in shaping strategy and ensuring strong cross-functional execution.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in SME or commercial lending, with proven leadership roles.
• Broad exposure across sales, product, credit operations, and risk management.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to translate complex portfolio data into actionable strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and inspire teams, with a reputation as a respected leader.
• Skilled in balancing growth with compliance and risk discipline.
