Growth Data Analyst
Role Summary
We are looking for a data-driven, curious, and impact-focused Growth Data Analyst to join our Growth team. In this role, you will turn data into insights, helping us unlock opportunities across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. You will work closely with growth teams, product, business, and engineering to fuel high-velocity growth experiments and strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior across the funnel (install → sign-up → activation → revenue → retention).
- Design, monitor, and interpret results from A/B tests and growth experiments.
- Build dashboards and reports to track key growth metrics.
- Support CRM, performance marketing and Fintech category growth teams with segmentation, targeting, and measurement.
- Provide data-backed recommendations on campaigns, feature rollouts, and UX flows
- Help build predictive models (e.g., churn, default risk, conversion) in partnership with the data science team.
- Identify growth levers through cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, and lifecycle modeling.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in analytics, preferably in fintech, digital lending, or consumer tech
- Strong command of SQL and proficiency in at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
- Familiarity with growth metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion, MAU/DAU, retention curves)
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and statistical significance evaluation
- Exposure to Python/R for data analysis or basic modeling
- Experience with product analytics tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Firebase
