Role Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Product Manager to lead our lending product, overseeing its end-to-end lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond. This role requires strong experience in banking or fintech lending products (BNPL, microloans, consumer finance, or personal loans), with proven ability to drive product performance and coordinate execution with technical teams.

The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of business strategy and technology delivery, able to take a product from 0 to 1 (concept → go-live) and then optimize performance post-launch through data-driven monitoring, customer insights, and continuous iteration.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Easy Cash product: concept, design, launch, growth, and optimization.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligned with business objectives.
• Drive new feature development and launches, coordinating directly with engineering, design, risk, compliance, and operations.
• Translate customer and business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead 0 → 1 product launches, ensuring timely delivery, operational readiness, and smooth go-live.
• Monitor post-launch product performance, tracking KPIs such as adoption, portfolio growth, repayment rates, NPS, and revenue impact.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement, scaling, and innovation based on customer behavior, feedback, and market trends.
• Partner closely with marketing, risk, and customer service teams to ensure product success across the customer journey.
• Serve as the business owner within tech squads, making trade-offs and driving execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 5–8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3+ years in fintech, banking, or lending (BNPL, microfinance, personal loans, credit cards, etc.).
• Proven experience taking products from concept → launch (0 to 1) and managing post-launch optimization.
• Strong understanding of lending business models, credit products, and customer lifecycles.
• Experience working directly with engineering teams to deliver features in an agile environment.
• Solid knowledge of product analytics and metrics tracking (Mixpanel, Amplitude, SQL, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to balance business objectives, customer needs, and technical constraints.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, outcome-oriented mindset with ability to deliver under pressure.
